Egg Tray Making Machine Production Process

The egg tray making machine production process is divided into four stages including pulping, molding, drying, and packing. In the pulping section, waste paper is put into the pulping machine where it is mixed with water and formed into a pulp. Next, the pulp moves to the molding machine where it is pressed and molded into egg trays. Next, the wet egg trays move to the drying system. After drying, the final products are then packed and delivered.
